World-renowned voice strengthening vocal coach Jaime Vendera is most famously known as the first documented singer in world history to shatter a wineglass by the power of his voice alone. He has been seen on several nationally televised shows demonstrating the power of his “glass shattering” voice, of which a few include “Good Morning America” and The Discovery Channel show, “MythBusters”, as well as internationally in Europe and Japan. He has been featured in magazines, test books and on radio shows world-wide.

He is the owner of The Voice Connection, a website for rock singers and vocal instruction and raiseyourvoicebook.com, the site for the critically acclaimed 460+ page vocal instruction training manual “Raise Your Voice 2nd Edition”. He is also the author of “The Ultimate Breathing Workout”, “The Ultimate Vocal Workout Diary” and “Voice RX”. His books have been read and praised by members and singers of bands such as, TNT, Nitro, Dream Theater, Journey, Saliva, Three Doors Down, Chevelle, Shinedown, Sevendust, Puddle Of Mudd, Kill Hannah, Dokken, Godhead, The Rasmus, Machina, Avalon, Theory of a Deadman, Kill Hannah, RA, and Future Leaders of the World. He has also worked with and given tips to many of these artists.

Jaime is working on many new projects, including new books and vocal health products for singers. He is co-authoring a revolutionary book for singers and planning a worldwide vocal seminar series with one of the world’s most respected vocalists, Tony Harnell, co-authoring a vocal fitness DVD with RMAX coach Ryan Murdock, completing a vocal training system on CD for rock and metal singers and finishing a new software program called The Vendera Digital Vocal Coach- a specifically designed music software designed for singers and musicians.

Jaime honed his vocal training skills by playing professionally starting at the age of sixteen, then moving to Hollywood California at nineteen to study voice at the Musician’s Institute, studying, reading, watching hundreds of books, CDs, DVDs and videos on the voice, yoga, massage therapy, reflexology, hypnosis, anatomy, natural healing, etc… as well as through the guidance of Metal singer, Jim Gillette of 80’s band Nitro. He now teaches privately as well a virtually by using a webcam, and has worked with artists from several record companies, including Atlantic, Epic and Universal records.

Jaime is one of an elite group of vocal coaches specifically selected out of hundreds to co-lead TC Helicon’s new Voice Council website, voicecouncil.com. The vision of the elite Voice Council is to offer professional quality vocal advice and training for live and recording performance as well as assisting vocalists in discovering the benefits of using the latest technology in vocal processing. He is the official Spokesman for VAM Acoustics and is featured on all of their packaging. As of this bio, Jaime has shattered 95 glasses by the power of his voice alone and over 60 with the aid of an amplifier. He and his wife Diane are devout Christians who currently live in the United States in Franklin Furnace Ohio with their son Ryan, their little Dachshund, Miley and their two Chihuahuas, Taco and Belle.
